Our school caters to students from early years through to post-16, providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all.Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering tailored educational programs to students with a range of special educational needs.
  • Support students' learning and development, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Work with small groups or on a one-to-one basis to provide targeted support.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assist with classroom management and organization.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
