The successful candidates will support the learning and development of children with SEN, working closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive and effective learning environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning environment.
  • Support students' social and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting children with SEN in UK schools.
  • Strong understanding of SEN strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient approach to working with children.
