Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with SEN in one-to-one or small group settings
- Support the delivery of individualised learning plans and activities
- Foster student's emotional and social development
- Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to ensure inclusive learning for all
- Empower students to gain independence and confidence through tailored support

- Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
