Aspire People are currently seeking a Part-Time KS2 Supply Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive primary school in Kenilworth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver pre-planned lessons while maintaining high educational standards and fostering a positive, engaging classroom environment.

Position: Part-Time KS2 Supply Teacher
Location: Kenilworth, Warwickshire
Contract: 2-4 days per week
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Interviews: With Ellie & Shaniece from Aspire People

Key Responsibilities:
Teach pre-planned lessons to KS2 pupils across various subjects
Implement strong behaviour management strategies to ensure a positive, focused learning environment
Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures, prioritising the welfare of all students
Modify lesson delivery to meet the diverse needs of learners and support inclusivity
Work collaboratively with school staff to uphold high educational standards

Requirements:
At least 2 years of UK teaching experience in a KS2 setting
Proven experience with behaviour management and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively
In-depth knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies
UK teaching experience is essential
A passion for education and the ability to inspire and support student development
