The successful candidate will start in January 2025 and will be responsible for teaching Key Stage 4 students with a range of special educational needs.Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of KS4 students with diverse SEN requirements.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes students' academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to provide comprehensive support to students.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven experience in teaching students with special educational needs within the UK.
