The successful candidate will have a strong background in primary education and experience in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN). Early Career Teachers (ECT) are welcome to apply, provided they have relevant SEN experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the needs of students with SEN.
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in primary teaching.
  • Previous experience supporting students with SEN is essential.
  • Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to teaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications in education and SEN support.
