Specialising in high-end residential and commercial projects, this practice is committed to excellence in design and execution.
The Role
As an Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in:
- Producing detailed technical drawings
- Collaborating with architects and designers to ensure seamless project delivery
- Applying your expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software
- Ensuring compliance with current UK building regulations and construction methods
Requirements for the role of Architectural Technician:-CIAT accreditation (or be working towards it, depending on experience)-Sufficient post-qualification experience-Experience in residential projects (beneficial)-Strong knowledge of UK building regulations-Proficiency in industry-standard software-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-A keen eye for detail and a flair for innovative design-Solid understanding of construction methods and materials-Confidence to manage projects from inception to completion
