ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a leading organisation that places cybersecurity and infrastructure at the core of its operations. Their teams work on cutting-edge security and IT solutions, ensuring business continuity and resilience. Due to continued expansion and a focus on enhancing service delivery, we are seeking an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to join their team.

THE ROLE:

As a Senior Service Delivery Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing 24/7 cybersecurity and infrastructure operations, ensuring high service delivery standards, and leading L2 and L3 teams. You will manage key cybersecurity tools, enforce ITIL processes, drive governance, and mitigate risks. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to enhance security resilience, oversee incident management, and ensure SLAs are met while continuously improving service delivery frameworks.

SERVICE DELIVERY SKILLS:

  • Strong experience in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure roles.
  • Strong background in working across 24/7 security and infrastructure operations
  • Expertise in ITIL frameworks, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM, IAM/PAM, Endpoint Security, Firewalls, Vulnerability Management, Encryption, and Cloud/On-Prem security solutions.
  • Proven track record in risk management, SLA monitoring, and operational governance.
  • Experience with Managed Engine Ops, Trellix, Tenable SC, AXIOM, ARCON, Cisco Firepower & Fortigate.
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments, incident response planning, and security strategy development.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • SC clearance required
