The Role:

  • Provide Daily cash balances to Directors
  • Update bank reconciliations daily and ensure cash book postings are accurately processed
  • Processing month end journals
  • Provide accurate transactional information to the regional offices on costs and revenue
  • Reconcile credit card transactions
  • Reconcile Consolidated invoices
  • Process Fixed Assets on to Fixed Asset register
  • Assist with production of monthly reports for management accounts
  • Assist with production of balance sheet reconciliations
  • Any other tasks as reasonably required by the Board of Directors

The Candidate:

  • Highly numerate
  • Excellent analytical, data and spreadsheeting skills
  • The ability to communicate with non-finance people in a clear and understandable way
  • Excellent system skills
  • A passion for getting things right
  • Good time management and the ability to work well with people in a team
  • The ability to break down a complex problem into manageable chunks and deal with these
