What’s a Typical Day Like?

As an Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the Sales and Service team, Engineers, and Customers. You’ll handle:

  • Customer & Technician Support - Be the first point of contact via phone and email
  • Service Coordination - Liaise with clients and engineers, keeping them updated on work progress
  • Problem Solving - Take ownership of queries and complaints to ensure top-notch service
  • Database & Admin Management - Maintain accurate records, create job entries, and generate sales quotes
  • General Office Tasks - Assist with daily admin, post, spreadsheets, and account queries

Who Are We Looking For?

If you have service or FM industry experience, that’s a plus—but not essential! Full training is provided. More importantly, our client needs someone who is:

  • Organised & Detail-Oriented - Can juggle multiple tasks with accuracy
  • An Excellent Communicator - Confident in handling calls and emails professionally
  • Tech-Savvy - Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Resilient Under Pressure - Able to stay calm and focused when working to deadlines
