- Carry out compliance testing, risk assessments, and scheme inspections, ensuring faults are reported and addressed.
- Oversee cleaning and maintenance services, ensuring contractor performance meets required standards.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining accurate records and supporting resales.
- Build and manage relationships with residents, service providers, and key stakeholders.
- Support residents in maintaining their independence and well-being by signposting local community services.
- Assist the Housing Officer in monitoring budgets and income recovery.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues at the first point of contact where possible.
- Strong knowledge of housing services, compliance, and risk assessments.
- Experience working with older people in a support capacity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with residents and stakeholders.
- IT proficiency, including housing management software and Microsoft Office.
- Full, current driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel between schemes.
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- 3-month contract
- £16.76 per hour LTD / £14.29 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay)
