Access Control & Data Installation Engineer

Get ready for a hands-on role where you'll be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting door access control systems across the South East (London, Esses, Kent)

If you have a knack for electronic security, thrive on the road, and love solving tech challenges, this job is calling your name. In addition to security installations, you'll also dive into setting up network infrastructure (think Cat5, Cat6, Cat6a cabling and more), making each day different and dynamic.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Install, configure, and keep door access control systems running smoothly
  • Regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure top performance
  • Troubleshoot and fix any hardware or software issues
  • Work closely with clients to customize security solutions
  • Follow industry standards to keep all work safe and compliant
  • Train and support clients on using their new systems
  • Keep clear records of installations, maintenance, and repairs

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience with door access control systems
  • Solid grasp of electronic security, from key card access to biometrics and intercoms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
