Position: School Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and efficient School Administrator to join our friendly secondary school team in Orpington. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage and maintain large volumes of data with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain student data using Bromcom (or demonstrate the ability to learn new systems quickly).
  • Handle data reporting tasks and maintain accurate and up-to-date information using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Support the wider administrative team in ensuring the smooth running of the school.
  • Prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure excellent organisation at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and external agencies to support school operations.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably within a school setting.
  • Experience using Bromcom(training will be provided if necessary).
  • Strong IT skills, with confidence managing and analysing data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, proactive approach.
  • Highly organised, efficient, and adaptable with a strong work ethic.
