About the RoleYou'll support the smooth running of a busy office, working on financial records, VAT returns, and assisting with the production of financial accounts. In-practice experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities-
General office administration

Recording financial transactions

Managing accounts payable and receivable

Coding invoices using Xero, QuickBooks, and SAGE

Handling bank deposits and petty cash

Bookkeeping tasks as assigned

Preparing income and expenditure reports

Producing profit and loss statements and balance sheets

Filing and document management

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong customer service skills

Confident multitasker with great time management

Organised and deadline-driven

Experience with planning, diary management, and office systems
