What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting the Store Manager in running the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Managing stock levels, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is well-presented at all times.
- Driving sales through strong retail knowledge and a customer-first approach.
- Taking on responsibility in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring smooth operations and high store standards.
- Supporting in recruitment, training, and development of new staff members.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a retail or assistant management role, ideally in fashion retail.
- A genuine passion for fashion and a strong understanding of retail trends.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- A customer-focused attitude with a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience in stock management, visual merchandising, and sales reporting.
