What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of retail management, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Delivering customer service excellence and driving a high-performance culture.
Leading, motivating, and managing the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
P&L responsibility - monitoring performance, sales, and operational efficiency.
Overseeing visual merchandising, ensuring the store is presented to brand standards.
Recruitment and training of new team members, developing talent to strengthen the store.
Managing stock control, ensuring the right products are available at the right time.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as an Assistant Manager in a fashion retail environment.
Strong background in retail management, team management, and sales leadership.
A customer-first mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver results.
Experience in visual merchandising, recruitment, and training.
