What you’ll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of audit and accounts assignments across a wide range of sectors
- Planning and leading audits from beginning to end, ensuring quality, compliance and timely delivery
- Preparing financial statements in accordance with FRS 102 and other reporting standards
- Reviewing the work of junior team members, providing feedback and mentoring to support their development
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, offering expert advice and proactive insight
- Working closely with managers and partners on strategic client work and ad hoc projects
- Taking part in business development activities and supporting the growth of the practice

What we’re looking for
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist with strong experience)
- A solid background in audit and accounts within a UK practice environment
- Experience leading audits from planning to completion
- A proactive, client-focused mindset with a commitment to high standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to firm-wide goals
