We are delighted to partner with a forward-thinking and growing business based in Kettering in their search for a Management Accountant to join their finance team.

You will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, delivering insights, and ensuring the business achieves its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present timely and accurate monthly management accounts.
  • Lead variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive cost control initiatives and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis on key projects and investments.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications: Fully qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent.

Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of management accounting and business partnering.

Skills: Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively.
