You will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, delivering insights, and ensuring the business achieves its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present timely and accurate monthly management accounts.
Lead variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
Support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Drive cost control initiatives and support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis on key projects and investments.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications: Fully qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent.

Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of management accounting and business partnering.

Skills: Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively.

Personality: A proactive and collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
