We are looking for a driven, hands on individual with the ability to Finance Business partner the site leadership team as playing a pivotal role in commercial decision making as we look to grow volumes.
  • Challenge the status quo to drive value throughout the operation.
  • Financial analysis, including variance analysis to drive insight and improve operational performance.
  • Implement Cost Control measures & identify opportunities for cost optimisation across manufacturing processes.
  • Support centralised reporting function with the preparation and analysis of the site weekly and monthly accounts.
  • Responsible for the costing of site products for new customers.
  • Working with sourcing teams to drive margin growth and improved buying.
  • Monitor and report on inventory levels and ensure accuracy of the values.
  • Support production of budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide key support to the site operations teams in terms of financial and commercial insights.
About youPersonal Requirements
  • Proven experience as an accountant within manufacturing with commercial experience desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast -paced environment
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
