This multi sited business are looking to appoint a Finance Assistant to join their busy finance team
As the Finance Assistant your role will include maintaining financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll
The day to day responsibilities include:
- Preparing and distributing invoices, payslips and financial reports.
- Ensure payments
- Reconcile accounts
- Investigate and resolve any queries
- Preparing reports
Suited to a candidate who holds skills within accounts payable and accounts receivable, is capable of liaising with confidence and work to given deadlines with good IT skills ideally knowledge of Sage, Xero QuickBooks or SAP.
