They are now looking for an experienced Internal Account Executive to join their friendly team.

They are based in a highly impressive office where you will be reporting into an equally impressive manager, and a team structure that is designed to support the development of their team members.

This role is for someone who loves a challenge, being in a fast paced environment and variety.

What your day will look like?

  • Providing excellent end to end account support for designated accounts ranging in size and brands.
  • Working with a large catalogue of products.
  • Managing costings, Margins and Stock documentation.
  • Order processing with the use of various company systems.
  • Day to day management of customer enquires over email and phone.
  • Developing relationships with key customers.
  • Both inbound and outbound calls ensuring excellent communication.
  • New product enquiries and quotations.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within a similar role of managing customer accounts, enjoy working in a fast paced environment, have great communication skills and enjoy building relationships.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + yearly bonus + discount scheme for major retailers + pension scheme and excellent team incentives.

9 - 530pm Monday to Friday (Hybrid working after probation)
