As a Repairs Admin, you'll have:
- A housing background
- Strong admin and organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills amongst different lines
- Experience in similar roles, such as: repairs planner, scheduler, works coordinator

Repairs Admin
Your responsibilities:
- Scheduling stock condition surveys
- Liaising with customers to organise repairs
- Making sure that the data collected is accurate and up to date in systems
