Invoicing Administrator

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on relevant experience)

Monday - Friday. 37.5 hour working week. Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm and Friday, 8:30am - 3:45pm (45 minute lunch break).

Holiday entitlement: 32 days (including 8 Bank Holidays)

Kettering area. Office based.

Key factors for this role are excellent attention to detail (to ensure those invoices are correct), the confidence and ability to communicate verbally both with internal colleagues and their customers and just as important, good IT skills.

Due to the nature of this position, previous and recent office administration experience as a minimum is required to be considered.

Summary of your day to day duties:

  • Entering data into computer systems to create invoices
  • Preparing and sending out invoices to their customers
  • Verifying the accuracy of invoices before sending them out
  • Reconciling payments received with outstanding invoices
  • Following up with customers regarding overdue invoices
  • Developing and implementing procedures for efficient invoicing processes
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding billing and invoicing
