- Lead and inspire the facilities team in accordance with HR policies and procedures
- Demonstrate ownership of the Facilities plan, maintenance and replacement, upkeep of grounds and external appearance of company premises.
- Managing facilities contracts for both company sites
- Conduct frequent tours of the sites and grounds
- Ensure sufficient resource in place at all times.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, attend H&S meetings
- Act as Fire Marshall
- Maintenance of pool cars
- Able to work as part of a team or alone
- Flexible/adaptable
- Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Experience of building effective relationships across various departments
- Full driving licence
- Prepared to train and act as a first aider
- Problem solving skills
- Pedestrian/fork lift truck licence
- Fire Marshall, manual handling and health and safety experience
