Your new role: Multi-Trade OperativeLocation: Northamptonshire (working on void properties, social housing)Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Overtime optional when needed)Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Multi-Trade Operative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a core trade and relevant experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Kitchen fitting
- Installing doors and skirting boards
- Performing various minor works as required, leaking taps, silconing bathrooms, etc
Requirements:
- Preferably a multi-skilled joiner, but strong multi-trade operatives in any bias are welcome
- Level 2 qualification/ City & Guilds in a core trade is mandatory
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Experience working on void properties in a social housing context is a plus.
Payment Types:
- PAYE or Umbrella
- We do not pay CIS
