I am working my client in the healthcare industry to hire a Project Assurance and Performance Consultant to review processes, standards, regulatory compliance and project / programme performance.

The organsiation has grown rapidly over the last 2 years and is about to embark on further growth.

Reporting into the CEO, you'll be responsible for reviewing how they have delivered their programmes of work and advise on their robustness for the next 3-5 years.

You will be identifying opportunities for improvement and process optimisation.

There are a number of projects in the pipeline including office moves and new services to be offered.

It's essential that you can translate technical/industry jargon into layman's terms.

You'll be hands-on in the detail of what stakeholders are doing day-to-day - although we need your senior-level experience you'll be keen to get stuck in.

As such, this is a site-based role for the majority of the time.
