We’re on the hunt for a forward-thinking Property Maintenance Manager to join this growing team.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the driving force behind ensuring our portfolio of properties is maintained to the highest standards. You’ll oversee repairs, manage vendor relationships, and make sure everything runs smoothly - all from the comfort of a busy office environment.

About the opportunity…

The key responsibilities for this role are.

  • Organising repair and maintenance work for all residential properties, including liaising with tenants and contractors, arranging access and checking that works are completed.
  • Manage and keep up to date with legal legislation.
  • Confident in dealing with deposits at the end of a Tenancy Arranging and managing new utility connections. Maintain
  • Annual administration of annual compliance and safety checks of properties
  • Assist with annual, monthly and other inspections as advised by the business.
  • Liaise with Clients, colleagues, tenants and contractors - providing accurate, timely client reports.

About you...
