- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Thursday)
Contract: Temporary (Ongoing, expected until the end of January/February)Pay Rate: £11.44 - £12.30 per hour
We are seeking a Facilities Operative to join our team in Desborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking for a role with flexible working hours and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with general maintenance and facilities tasks.
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the premises.
- Conduct routine checks and report any issues promptly.
- Provide support to other team members as needed.
- Hands-on individuals with a knack for DIY.
- Reliable and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role or practical skills in maintenance, repairs, or DIY projects are a strong advantage.
