- Processing Returns – Handle initial service centre returns efficiently.
- Calibration & Certification – Generate accurate calibration certificates.
- Customer Service – Package and process tools for return to customers.
- Warehouse Support – Assist with picking, packing, and general warehouse operations when required.
- Technical & IT Skills – Familiarity with MS Office and SAP is beneficial.
