About the Role

As a Laboratory Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Working as part of a small, dedicated team and reporting to the Laboratory Team Leader, you'll conduct essential quality control checks across raw materials, processes, and finished products.

What You'll Do
  • Perform quality controls using advanced laboratory techniques and equipment.
  • Analyse samples for protein, pH, calcium, and more.
  • Conduct water and packaging checks to maintain high standards.
  • Record and process results in SAP or Excel and report any non-conformities.
  • Calibrate instruments and ensure reliable, accurate analysis results.
  • Participate in sensory panels, helping to fine-tune our products' quality.
  • Assist in microbiological testing and investigative work.
  • Keep the lab organised, clean, and ready for action!
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in laboratory techniques and physico-chemical analysis.
  • Knowledge of microbiological analysis (a plus!).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and related software.
  • A critical eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Previous experience in a lab environment (advantageous).
