Adecco Kettering are recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a well-established Distribution company based in Wellingborough.

Role Overview:This is a full-time office-based role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Wellingborough. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of 2 sales representatives, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2 within the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business objectives and expand market share
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients and partners
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Ensure the team is effectively trained on products, services, and sales techniques
  • Report regularly on sales performance and provide forecasts to upper management
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align strategies and drive growth
