  • Develop strong working relationships with customers.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s product range, including in-house manufactured items.
  • Handle sales enquiries from both existing customers and new prospects, providing expert advice and generating written quotations using the company's CRM system.
  • Proactively follow up on all quotations within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Efficiently manage sales activities and priorities using the CRM system.
  • Process sales orders and generate purchase orders as required.
  • Maintain and enhance the contact database, ensuring all relevant fields are updated for effective account management and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Systems team to prepare accurate quotations.
  • Address non-conformances promptly, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer.
  • Participate in internal meetings and liaise with relevant departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience delivering client-focused solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as CRM systems.
  • Exceptional administrative, planning, and organisational abilities.
  • Strong team player with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Capacity to quickly grasp complex technical products.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
