Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join one of our very well-established clients based in Kettering.

Successful candidates will be principally responsible for the efficient operation and continued running of allocated production lines in accordance with targets and standards determined by the company.



Areas of responsibility



Reporting and accountable to the shift leader, this role assumes the responsibility for the performance of production equipment.

Machine Operator will be allocated production lines for the duration of a shift. The Machine operator is responsible for the performance of the lines, the quality of the products, and the accuracy and completeness of all relevant production records.

As part of a team, the machine operator is expected to cooperate with and assist where possible all other team members. In particular, the shift leader, materials handler, packers and QC staff.
