Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 basic, plus overtime and additional benefits

Start Date: April, 2025

Job Overview: Our client, a family-run construction company, is looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager due to continued growth and an increase in project volume. The role involves overseeing projects, managing day-to-day operations on-site, and ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee fit-out projects, including toilets, cafes, store formats, and other general construction work.

Manage site operations, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

Conduct inductions and ensure compliance with site regulations.

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Supervise a team of up to 25 operatives on-site.

Travel to multiple project sites nationwide, on a 12-on, 2-off schedule.

Report to the Contracts Managers.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally with a background in fit-out projects, including retail, heritage, and shopping centre works.

Solid construction knowledge, particularly in Shopfitting, civils and structural works.

Ability to work across both city-centre and suburban projects.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Salary & Benefits:

£45,000 - £50,000 basic salary.
