Here at CT Fire Protection Ltd, were seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team working hybrid (to suit) with frequent visits to site and our office based in Burton Latimer, Kettering. What we offer:

Were looking to offer a salary of £45,000 - £60,000 for this role (depending on experience) and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, we offer a company car and company pension.

Key areas of responsibility:

Oversee and manage multiple fire sprinkler projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of fire protection professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

Ensure all projects comply with the sprinklers rules and regulations and maintain accurate project documentation, prepare regular progress reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Experience required for the role:

Proven experience in project/contract management within the sprinkler industry.
