The company:Market leader and manufacturer in the fashion industry with an international client base.
Main duties:To be responsible for the day-to-day customer relations and office administration
The role:- To handle and resolve customer queries coming through via emails and calls- To contact customers to advise on query with their order- To ensure accurate processing of customer orders- To keep a record of all customer interactions in our CRM system accurately and timely- To escalate any issues that arise to the Customer Service Executive, to ensure they are dealt with efficiently- To work closely with the Warehouses to monitor despatch and return order status- To ensure the best service possible is given to all customers
The candidate:- Fluent German (spoken and written)- IT literate, familiar with MS Office- Retail or B2C experiences is a bonus- Excellent communication skills, attention to details- Interested for fashion industry- Passionate, dynamic and a real team player- Ideally car owner due to the company's location
