Parental Conflict Coordinator
Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Parental Conflict Coordinator in Kettering
As a Parental Conflict Coordinator, you will act as the primary contact for the programme, raising awareness and understanding throughout North Northants by linking in with partners, supporting the delivery of training and evaluating the effectiveness of current services and intervention
Main Responsibilities
As a Parental Conflict Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- To be the main day to day contact for Reducing Parental Conflict in NNC
- To work closely with the Northampton Children's Trust, Children and Family Support Service (CFSS) to support translation and embedding of training into practice to enable staff to support families experiencing parental conflict.
- To coordinate RPC training alongside Northampton Children's Trust, Children and Family Support Service (CFSS) to identify partner training needs and to evaluate training delivery in both the short and longer term
- Working within the community to create and build relationships to develop capacity and links to existing services and interventions
Requirements:
- Qualifications and Professional Development Educated to degree level OR equivalent professional experience in relevant area involving children's and / or family work
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
- Enhanced DBS
