Red Recruitment are looking for a Sales Office Administraitor for our client based in Kettering, Responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Managing Orders
- Assisting Customers with Enquiries
- Maintaining Customer Records
- Process Sales Orders
- Check the accuracy or orders and build specifications
- Maintain Sales Records
- Compile weekly and monthly sales reports
- Updating customers on build/completion/handover dates
- Liaising with other departments including Finance/Operations/Customer Support/Marketing
- Researching new product lines
- Assisting with marketing campaigns
- Date validation/input on Hubspot
Monday to Thursday 8-5pm
Friday 8-2pm
