Red Recruitment are looking for a Sales Office Administraitor for our client based in Kettering, Responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Managing Orders
  • Assisting Customers with Enquiries
  • Maintaining Customer Records
  • Process Sales Orders
  • Check the accuracy or orders and build specifications
  • Maintain Sales Records
  • Compile weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Updating customers on build/completion/handover dates
  • Liaising with other departments including Finance/Operations/Customer Support/Marketing
  • Researching new product lines
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns
  • Date validation/input on Hubspot

Monday to Thursday 8-5pm

Friday 8-2pm
