  Compliance and Sites Services Manager   Location: Desborough Salary: £65,000 Industry: Food Manufacturing As a Compliance and Site Services Manager, you will have a strong track record in managing site services within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment. Extensive knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements is essential for this role. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of site services to support primary operations, including: ·Utilities & Infrastructure: Compressed air, water (hot and cold), steam, ventilation, drainage, effluent discharge, domestic services, sprinkler systems, and fire safety. ·Compliance & Monitoring: Overseeing Legionella control, water and steam quality, and effluent discharge, while tracking performance data and KPIs to maintain service levels. ·Asset & Risk Management: oDeveloping asset strategies to meet legal and environmental compliance. oManaging compliance registers, ensuring all work is planned and completed within statutory deadlines. oCreating impact and contingency plans for asset or service failures. ·Regulatory & Reporting: oMaintaining an up-to-date library of SHE, technical, and insurance compliance requirements. oDeveloping compliance strategies and risk mitigation plans. oProducing reports on compliance validation and performance metrics.   This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading food manufacturing organisation known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.
