We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a lovely primary school in Kettering. This full-time role commences in November 2024, ideal for someone dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment for early years education.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support and extend childrenā€™s learning, development, and educational outcomes.
  • Organise and oversee the planning, implementation, and provision of activities tailored to childrenā€™s needs.
  • Carry out detailed observations and evaluations of the childrenā€™s progress.
  • Plan and provide next steps to support and enhance childrenā€™s development, ensuring individual needs are met effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioners qualification.
  • Recent experience working as a Nursery Nurse or Nursery Assistant.
  • A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and key worker systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
