What We're Looking For:

- Emotional Support: Passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives.
- Qualifications: GCSEs in Maths and English (grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
- Knowledge: Understanding of alternative provision and working with students with special needs.
- Experience: Previous experience in an educational setting or equivalent.
