Start Date: January 2025 

Contract: Full Time, Long Term 

Pay: £85 - £100 per day 

We are currently working with a primary school based in Kettering, supporting them recruit a full time Early Years TA to start from January 2025. 

Responsibilities:• Assist in planning and delivering engaging early years activities that promote learning and development.• Support children's social, emotional, and educational growth.• Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment.• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to the Lead Teacher.• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.• Maintain a safe and organized classroom, ensuring resources are easily accessible.• Prepare learning materials and resources.• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.• Uphold school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety regulations.Requirements:• Relevant qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ Level 2/3, or equivalent).• Previous experience working with children in an early years setting is desirable.• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• A positive attitude and a passion for supporting young learners.• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of children and the school.
