- Wire a range of machinery from wiring diagrams, commission, quality check and calibrate equipment to meet deadlines
- Conduct on-site installations, fault-finding and repairs both domestic and overseas
- Engage in prototype and development work
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product designs
- Support the enhancement of final build quality checks
- Support documentation of build process.
- Level 3 qualification in electrical installation/wiring or mechatronics (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Independent problem solver with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team Full UK driving licence
- A willingness to travel domestically and internationally on an ad-hoc basis (approximately 1 to 5 weeks per year)
- Experience in panel wiring
- Experience of work-related travel
- Customer facing experience
- Mechanical fitting experience
- Knowledge of PLC logic/programming and motor drive inverters
- PAT qualification
