An exciting opportunity for a motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their dynamic team has become available. The role involves supporting projects through all RIBA stages, from conceptual design to detailed planning and technical drawings. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills alongside a supportive team, with exposure to rural and agricultural design projects.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications needed for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant

• RIBA Part 1 and 2 degrees or equivalent.
• Previous experience with client communication and liaison.
• Experience with measured building surveys, conceptual design and feasibility studies.
• Prepare planning and technical drawings and produce specifications and assist with tendering.
• Gain on-site experience, contributing to project management.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• IT literacy, with knowledge of Adobe Suite a plus.
• Strong communication skills, confident client liaison.
• Ability to manage time and organise effectively.
• Willingness to undertake site visits and drive.
