What will you be doing?
As part of our Technical Support team, you will handle day-to-day technical issues, ensuring smooth operation of automation and material handling systems. This role involves a mix of field-based work and remote support, including participation in a 24/7 support rota.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 technical support for internal and external customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve PLC and automation-related issues on-site and remotely.
- Analyze MHE (Material Handling Equipment) performance data and develop action plans.
- Assist in the creation of upgrade and enhancement proposals.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between the design, engineering, and support teams.
