The Sustainability Engineer BREEAM job itself where you will be mentored by a senior colleage and progress through to building and managing a team within the companies Sustainability division. 

You will be leading and supporting BREEAM Assessments across a mix of projects. Routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands and staff retention is extremely high so you will be able to develop meaningful relationships with colleagues and direct reports. More specifically:

  • Leading BREEAM assessments across a variety of projects within the healthcare and commercial sectors
  • Collaborating with colleagues to produce high quality reports and assessments
  • Leading meetings, working to deadlines, budget planning, managing fee proposals and managing the sustainability aspects of projects
  • Working on highly respected projects across sectors including Healthcare & Commercial
  • Using the latest packages and technology to assure constant development
  • Offered opportunities to progress and grow

You will have

To be successful as Sustainability Engineer BREEAM, you will have experience working within the Building Services Sector.

We would love to speak to people with either a Consultancy or a Contractor background as an Intermediate Sustainability Engineer, Senior Sustainability Engineer or a BREEAM Assessor wanting to take a step up.

Furthermore, if you have the BREEAM AP qualification, we would love to hear from you.
