Our client, based in Kettering, are seeking an Events Co-ordinator to join their growing team.

They are in an enviable position of working with major employers and large-scale organisations across the UK which is providing rapid growth within the company, while maintaining an extremely friendly environment and close-knit team. This is a team that has a 'whole team' approach to working with their clients and work together very closely to achieve their goals.

Main fetaures of the role will include:

  • Providing administrative support to events managers in planning events
  • Monitoring and replying to emails from delegates and clients
  • Liaising with clients and delegates in a professional manner through building great rapport
  • Preparing materials and badges for events
  • Researching potential business opportunities and future sponsors
  • Working with sponsors to involve them into events
  • Liaising with venues to provide hospitality and accommodation for clients
  • Attending events as part of the operational team to support the Events Management team to set up events and ensure their smooth running
  • Finding and securing venues across the UK to accommodate future events
  • Prepare even reports and use feedback to make future events even better in our culture of continual improvement
  • Ability to work with Microsoft 365 products is essential (word, outlook, excel) and experience with Swoogo and Teams is beneficial

This role offers a great opportunity for progression through the business to become an Events Manager and independently manage a portfolio of clients personally.
