Job Description:
Barker Ross is seeking dedicated Production Line Leaders to join our team and work for our client based in Desborough.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and who are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of packers on the production line.
- Ensure that all packing operations are performed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the packing process.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely availability of materials.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety regulations.
- Report on production metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Address any issues that arise on the packing line promptly and effectively.

Additional Information:
Attire: You will be required to wear a hair net, overalls, gloves, and safety boots, all of which will be provided by the site to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
