ROLE: Porduction Operative
LOCATION: Kettering
HOURS OF WORK: 8am-5pm - Monday-Friday
BASIC SALARY: 12.00 per hour

We are recruiting for a production operative role in Kettering. If you're a motivated individual who's not afraid of physical work this could be the right opportunity for you. To succeed in this role you must be driven and motivated with a good work ethic.
Previous experince in the following will be desirable but not essential:
- Manufacturing and assembly
- Heavy lifting
- Operating manual and power tools
- Following instructions
- Loading and unloading machinery
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting carpenters and other skilled operators
- Heavy lifting of wooden panels
- Loading/unloading Machines
- Ensuring quality standards
- Working in a safe manner and adhering to all health and safety standards
